Highly reccomend!

My friend and I stayed here for about 10 months with our cat, it was very clean, organized, and comfortable. Very conveniently located near grocery stores, the hospital, and the university. The unit was conveniently stocked with cleaning supplies, and absolutely anything you could possibly need during your stay! The landlords were exceptional, always willing to help, very communicative, and care deeply about their property and its tenants. They are fair, honest, and friendly. If you have a furry friend, they will be very welcome here! This is the perfect place to stay in the Augusta area!

I really enjoyed my stay here! Stayed for 8 months, the apartment was comfortable in all seasons. Parking was always easily accessible, calm, and safe. Eric was always quick, courteous, and professional when handling the needs of all guests. The stay is centrally located making it convenient to enjoy the amenities around Augusta. Highly recommend!

This unit was well stocked, clean and organized. I enjoyed staying here a lot and even looked to extend my stay.

Hi there! We had the privilege of staying in this great apartment for two months. It was so convenient to everywhere we loved to go! I loved how perfectly set up it was for our family of three and our critters! The teenager and myself especially enjoyed the upstairs living area! We really lucked out with having our hosts as well. Super helpful, kind, and receptive. Zero complaints! If youre ever back in Augusta we home to stay again.
