I mean it when I say I wanted to rent from Spencer the moment I met him. He is truly one of the kindest people I have ever met and goes above and beyond as a landlord. I have been a travel nurse for a few years and this place has had the most essentials/basic needs readily available. It is tastefully decorated and set up for someone to actually live there comfortably. THE BEDS ARE THE MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS I HAVE EVER SLEPT ON. The backyard is peaceful and perfect for your fur babies to sunbathe. If there was ever something we needed/needed to be fixed, Spencer always responded promptly. All of the neighbors are very niceone even stopped the parking police from writing me a ticket because I forgot to move my car during street sweeping day! Of note, one of the neighbors next to us has a cute doggy that likes to say hello sometimes (barks occasionally), but it was NEVER a botherour dogs just liked to say hello back. I worked in long beach and westwood and this location was PERFECT.
