Great Location
Myself and my boyfriend stayed in the studio for 6 months. We moved to Maine from Northern Michigan just in time for winter as he loves to ski. We had a great time in the studio. We knew it may be a bit small for two people, but we made it work! We brought some plastic shelving and a smokeless airfryer and even ended up purchasing a small electric washer and dryer for the entirety of our stay. It was completely manageable for a long term stay with these items. We enjoyed the coffee maker and could have easily imagined ourselves stepping out onto the porch to enjoy coffee in the summer. Lenny was always helpful and even offered us an extra day to move out which took out a load of stress from our moving. We would come stay for a week in this home easily just to enjoy a summer in Bridgton!
Close to hospital, nice house
Close to hospital. The house is very nice for one person. I was there alone for the winter and had a roommate for the last 2 mos. Pros- proximity, landlord is very open to feedback, safe area, speedy fixes to issues. Landlord is very sociable. Cons- landlord is new, so I did end up paying for all communal products which is not the norm. The property manager entered my bedroom without asking (to fix the TV in the living room), The property mgr told me there was no fee difference per floor, there was. I ended up paying more because of this. The landlord watches energy usage very carefully because the utilities are inclusive. This is a huge pet peeve of mine as I do not keep the thermostat over 68 even when it's in the teens outside. Overall this is the best place you will find in Bridgton. You have to be very careful of scammers in this area. The landlord is honest and returned my deposit faster than anyone else ever has. I would stay here again, but probably as a sole tenant.
Great Location
Nice little studio with lots to do in the area, stayed for a few months and enjoyed my time there
Downtown retreat near ski resorts and lakes
This was the perfect location to explore Bridgton Village, ski at Pleasant Mountain, and go antiquing. The spacious, sparkling-clean home was a relaxing and comfortable home base after a day of adventures.
