Great Location and Great Support from the Owner

This is a great location with a panoramic view of mountain, city, and ocean. The owner, Roger Fawcett, could not have delivered better service. Any need or issue that we had, of which there were few, was dealt with immediately and comprehensively. Everything one would need for a long vacation near a beach was supplied. The apartment is close to the ocean, many restaurants, a Target, and a bus stop. We found other tenants in the building friendly and supportive. It was a great 9-month stay for my wife and me, and we feel fortunate that we were able to stay at this location.
