Awesome First Semester Stay!

I’m a transfer student from Orlando and wanted a flexible place for my first semester to get to know Gainesville. I found this studio through Cynthia, and at the time it included a bedroom and bathroom. I really enjoyed my stay! The neighborhood is very quiet, the space is comfortable and spacious, and access to the pool is a great bonus. I initially lived alone, then shared the property with another tenant, and we had no issues, always respecting each other’s space. There were a few minor adjustments, like no kitchen and an older-style shower, but nothing major. Occasionally there were dead bugs, likely due to the location, but regular cleaning handled it. Cynthia was very responsive and helpful, truly aiming to provide a good experience. Overall, I’d recommend this place and would consider staying again.
