It is located 12 miles from Hiway 1 on the western side of the Carmel Valley and above the river in the beautiful Robles del Rio neighborhood. It is a 1-mile drive to Carmel Valley Village across the Carmel River. Walking trails link to The Village, the ballpark, and Garland Ranch Regional Park. A large meadow just above us, owned by the neighborhood, is encircled with trails.
