Clean, cozy, comfy, and quiet townhome just minutes away from 2 major hospitals. Looks exactly as photographed! Huge backyard for my pup to hang out and roam. Kind and responsive host who stays in communication with you to ensure you have a great stay. I'll be staying here for all my work assignments!

Lubbock Experience

I stayed at this place the time I was in Lubbock for an assignment. I enjoyed this space. It is very open/spacious and feels homie. 4 people could stay here and feel comfortable. The house is very clean and had plenty storage for my items, example suitcases, so I was able to keep the house tidy and organized, it was not cluttered. There were plenty toiletries/towels. The kitchen was stocked which is a definite plus. Good water pressure and hot water. Checking in and out was very easy and instructions were simple. The owner kept in touch making sure everything was good and seeing if anything was needed at times. The response time was minimal when needed. There was a good size yard for this location, once it warmed up. It would be nice to sit out there and enjoy some fresh air. You are able to park two vehicles on the property and there is street parking. I did like the location since I stayed during the winter and roads can ice over. The hospital was less than 5 minute drive. HEB was about 12-15 minute drive and smaller grocery stores were 3-5 minute drive. The airport was about 10-12 minute drive. I enjoy running and found a park that has a lake on it. The park was about a 3 minute drive. The park has plenty of parking so you can get your walk or/and run in each day. I felt safe at this place, there is a security system for extra protection, but the area seemed safe. This place helped me enjoy my time off work; it was relaxing/quiet environment. If I go back to Lubbock I definitely will be staying at this location again.
