Modern Cottage near Hospitals, the University, and the Capitol

Great Stay

My stay here was amazing. Megan is very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to downtown, grocery stores, and great restaurants. The inside of the tiny home was more than what I expected its very modern and well maintained. The only major thing to note is that you'll be parking under a tree where birds and squirrels can and will mess up your vehicle. The best solution to is to get a car cover (Amazon) which is what I did to avoid getting damage done. This was an easy fix but it's something to be mindful of for anyone who wants to stay here. Overall I still give it a 5 star rating. Thank you!

Awesome Place & Awesome Landlord

I was so happy to have found this place. It is a small, but, for just one person, it was perfect for me. You are near many different food places and just a short drive away from downtown Austin. Even if you don't have a car, the near by bus stop will allow you to go where you to go. Not only was the place itself extremely nice, but Megan was a generous landlord and amazing person. She made the moving in process easy and helped to acquaint me with the area. I highly recommend that you consider staying here. Not only will you find a comfortable place to stay, but you will find a host who is warm, comforting, and caring.
