good location and ample space

Ive stayed in the property for nearly a year and have been comfortable with the space. The location is great with easy access to downtown Salinas and Monterey, and the neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and safe. There is a large kitchen; pantry space and fridge space for meal prep will not be an issue. The house is in a cul de sac with good parking space, and there are areas in the house to relax after a long day. Not to mention pool access in the community! The EV charging was also most convenient and billed fairly. Willette is an excellent host and has maintained an open line of communication even before the move in day.

Ive been staying at this home for about five months now, and it has consistently been an excellent place to live. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe, and ideal for working professionals. Its been perfect for focusing on work and maintaining a productive routine. The house is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything has worked smoothlyappliances, Wi-Fi, heating, and amenities. The Wi-Fi in particular has been fast and reliable, which is a major plus for remote work. The location is convenient, with easy access to stores and major roads, yet still tucked away enough to avoid noise and traffic. Parking has always been hassle-free, and Ive felt safe coming and going at any time. Willette, the host, has been very responsive, respectful, and easy to communicate with, which has made the long-term stay even better. Overall, this home has been a great fit for me, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm, comfortable, and professional-friendly place to stay.

Respectful, responsive landlord in spacious, beautiful home and neighborhood

I stayed at this property for 5 weeks for my school's clinical rotation. Despite the short duration, Willette was very supportive, responsive, and welcoming. She continually made sure that I felt comfortable in the home and had everything I needed for my stay. The room/house pictures are very accurate and there were absolutely no surprises upon my stay. Very spacious room with lots of sunshine, comfortable bed, and bathroom with lots of room and storage space. The neighborhood felt very safe and I walked outside almost every day. It is very quiet and everyone there seems very respectful. Plenty of parking space on the driveway. Easy 10-15 minute drive into South Salinas. Absolutely zero issues with the other tenant as the house has a friendly and respectful environment. Other amenities included washer/dryer, fully functioning kitchen, extra fridge space in the second refrigerator and garage, and TV in the living room. I highly recommend staying at Willette's property!
