3BD 1B - 1mi Downtown & Hospitals

Was at this location for 3 months. Nico was great! Always responded at a timely manner and was very active at addressing any concerns. It is a very spacious place, has the option to be very bright as there is many windows. Beds were comfortable, and the furniture in living spaces were great as well. Downtown Springfield is a short walk away. Necessary stores are fairly close. Would recommend this space for short or long term stays.

Stayed at this rental for 3 months and really enjoyed my stay. The space has many windows allowing lots of natural light and blinds to provide privacy in the evening/when desired. As a travel nurse it was great! Baystate Medical is a 20-25 minute walk straight up Chestnut or a quick drive. Beds were comfortable, blackout blinds effective for night shift workers and shower was quick to heat up. The rental was spacious and great for hosting. Train/bus station is a 7min walk, great for a quick trip to NYC, Boston, etc. Short drive to downtown to check out City Hall, live music or go for dinner. Overall, great experience staying at this location. The host is absolutely lovely! He is very responsive and quick to address any needs. I would highly recommend renting this space, or Nico's other rental unit!
