Great Deal
This room and private bath is a good deal and separate enough to feel like your own apartment but is actually a shared space. It's on a lot with two other buildings that share a washer/dryer and parking spaces. The first floor entrance leads into the shared kitchen and also an entrance for the first floor studio rental space. The second floor is where this room and private bath is located, including two other rooms for rent that share a bathroom. All bedrooms have secure keypad locks including the main door. Unfortunately no dish washer--that would have been a real game changer as I found myself having to re-clean some dishes and silverware in the shared kitchen.
