Cozy Home Stay

I enjoyed my stay at Jeff's place, very beautiful area, close to everything including Avera where I worked, stores, restaurants, gas stations... clean, comfy home, perfect, and quiet. Jeff was accommodating with needs and made sure driveway and pathways were cleared of snow; he was available if needed for anything related to the property. Very Kind and respectful Host. I really enjoyed my stay at Jeff's place and highly recommend staying at this home if your searching for that perfect place to stay while here in Sioux Falls, SD. It felt like home staying here at Jeff's place...I will definitely miss being here in South Dakota at Jeff's home. Thank you for a wonderful and peaceful stay while I worked in the area!!

AMAZING STAY!!!

Jeff was an amazing Host. His home was so inviting and it was stocked with everything I needed. He even hung blackout curtains because I worked nights! His property is close to everything in town and super quaint! You won't be disappointed! Thanks so much Jeff!

Ideal location

Quiet neighborhood close to interstate, grocery stores, pharmacy, Empire Mall, restaurants, shopping, bars, cafes/coffee shops, home away from home feeling. Basement apt is a nice size, windows in both the living room/bedroom areas, has a small kitchen, plenty of storage space, full size refrig, air fryer, microwave, kitchen utensils, kitchenware, paper towels , trashbags, dish cloths/dish towels/dish detergent. TV is mounted on wall in LR. BR is full size with shower/tub option. Jeff is very accommodating! Just speak to him and he will take care of your needs. Coffee drinkers, Starbucks literally 2min away! Shared washer/dryer is upstairs and it was easy for me to schedule a day to do it. If you choose to rent from Jeff, youll be glad you made that decision! If I ever return to Sioux Falls, this home will be first on my list to rent!
