Taco Bell is extremely close and Walmart is 3 mi away but target and Publix are roughly 5 mi away and have to pass highway 400 so sometimes traffic can be annoying. Great Space, Great Landlord
Great space in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Close to downtown and the easy enough to get to any shops or restaurants you could want. Ruben is a SUPER nice guy who was more than willing to work with me in any circumstance. I appreciated his kindness, calmness, and understanding. I couldn't have asked for a better landlord - I felt very safe. Plenty of space, nice shower, comfy couch. No washer and dryer in unit which is usually a deal breaker for me, but there's a laundromat less than 2 minutes away that was very convenient, affordable, clean, and easy enough to access - very doable. Ruben provides plenty of recommendations for whatever you're looking for in the area. Really easy guy to talk to and work with. Thanks for everything!
Great Place, Great Landlord
I was here for about 3 months and don't think I could've found anything better. The apartment is very spacious and Ruben will get you started with everything you need. He is very attentive, communicative, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!
Lovely and Peaceful!
We stayed here for approx 2 months and could not recommend it enough. Ruben was very attentive and accommodating to all of our questions. The apartment was very quiet and clean, easy to find and park. Has everything you need and is in a safe location and easy to access all major roads and stores.
