Cozy & Safe Stay by the Ocean
Loved my stay here! The hosts were wonderfulvery welcoming and easy to reach. The space was thoughtfully designed with lots of natural light and a lovely porch that quickly became my favorite spot to study while enjoying the ocean breeze. The location is idealjust minutes from Cabrillo Beach and a short walk to the Korean Bell. I felt very safe during my stay since its tucked into a quiet neighborhood right next to a school. The Ring camera and outdoor lights were also a nice touch, especially when coming back at night. Parking was always easy, with plenty of nearby spots available. I feel lucky to have found this place!
Highly recommended for both short-term and long-term stays, this wonderful place offers the perfect blend of city life and outdoor adventure. Ideally located, everything you need is within walking distancefrom beautiful beaches and marine centers to parks and scenic mini outdoor trails. Its an ideal spot for those seeking a balanced lifestyle. The community is peaceful and quiet, nestled within a school district, making it a safe and serene environment. Parking is hassle-free and secure, giving you one less thing to worry about. Plus, the owners are incredibly approachable and easygoing outdoor enthusiasts, always happy to share tips and make your stay even more enjoyable.
A Hidden Gem Best Stay We've Had on the West Coast! We had a fantastic experience staying here. From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly welcoming they greeted us in person after our long day of travel and made sure we settled in comfortably. The pictures online truly dont do the place justice. For a tiny home, it felt surprisingly spacious perfect for my husband and me. The hosts (Patty and Ray) live in the main house at the front, but they gave us full privacy and were very quiet and respectful. Communication was excellent they responded quickly to any questions and were always polite and kind. The place was spotless, and they even surprised us with parting gifts at the end of our stay, which was such a thoughtful touch. They also shared great local tips: where to find the best Mexican food, prime rib, margaritas and even a list of events in the area. Parking was safe and easy, with plenty of street parking available nearby. The bed is a full size, but we found it comfortable. Everything in the unit was brand new we were their first tenants and we especially appreciated the new washer and dryer. One of our favorite perks was the lemon tree between the main house and the ADU fresh lemons anytime we wanted! We also enjoyed walking to the beach or the nearby park regularly. The Korean Friendship Bell is just a 1015-minute walk away and the views there are spectacular. I am not even kidding you, especially during sunset. All in all, this was a great find and easily the best stay we've had since arriving on the West Coast. Highly recommend!
