Falsely advertised

During my 3 month stay, there was no AC in the entire building, a known city regulation by ACS property management. The ceiling fans don't work. Single elevator was deemed out of order on multiple occasions. This unit is on the 12th floor, so that served as a great workout since there is no gym as advertised. The washer and dryer are a shared amenity by the whole residential floor and at an additional cost. There is a distinct unpleasant odor in the building itself. Lastly, a $275 cleaning fee was taken from sec. deposit that was not agreed upon in lease, nor was I given the option to personally hire a cleaning service that I deemed fit. A $60 fee was also charged for an alleged missing vacuum canister. ACS prop. management did not facilitate my stay
