Birch Suite

Stayed here for almost 8 months during a travel assignment. Great location for access to hospitals in the area as well as activities in DC. Quite neighborhood. Owners are very accessible and responsive if you need anything. Clean large space with cute decor and everything you need when away from home.

Great Stay!

Had a great stay here! Lots of room and in a very good location in a nice quiet neighborhood. I didnt have a car, but its about a half mile to grocery stores and a little more than a mile to the metro. Having laundry available was a big plus. David was very responsive and no problems having Amazon packages shipped. Would stay here again next time if available.

Clinical Rotations

The property is very well decorated and functional! For example, the coffee table in the living space also flips up to be a desk and there is an electric fireplace under the TV for extra heating. The laundry room is shared with the tenants staying on the other end of the basement. Hosts were very responsive to concerns as well. Great place that has everything you need for a short stay :) Do note there is extra charge from the base rent price for utilities as well as parking if you bring your car!
