Trains, trains, trains!!
Spotty WiFi because it is public with a restaurant downstairs, and the private WiFi password doesn't work. Restaurant next door, so street parking at the front door of the apartment in the evening is not an option. The parking lot is not an option because the parking lot is completely iced over and you'll need 4-wheel drive to park or get stuck. Even with the restaurant open, the parking and the public WiFi are definitely going to be a problem. Railroad track across the street, therefore trains running, blowing their horns, and shaking the apartment at ALL hours of the DAY and NIGHT (especially between 11pm THROUGH 5am in the morning). Since we moved out without 30 day notice", there was no pro-rate of the rent, but we did get our $1,000 deposit back and the landlord did refund the $80 application fee. The WiFi issue could be sorted out and for the price, the parking also. If you don't mind train HORNS just about every HOUR on the HOUR then this is quite the bargain.
