Communication Concern

After bearing through insurance provided aid for housing and difficulties for my son with medical needs I was initially comforted to hear of the mutual decision to work together and we have many agreement discussions over time. Last minute add ons when we were ready to finalize were odd and very unique and pointed and were never verbalize over the communications just slid into the contract. (Like no shoes home, linens deposit add-on, and declawing our pet) It was dissappinting but I was willing to discuss and look for a middle ground but they just bailed. I'd suggest being cautioned for clear communication, weary of bias potential, and definitely read contracts people. They do care for their home well, I am sure not having even seen the property its clear but communication is important.
