This 5 bdrm 2 bath home is a 3-minute walk to Short Sands Beach in York, Maine. There are two mini-splits for heating and cooling. The bedrooms do not have bunk beds, but have two twins. That was not an option to select. It will house 12, but for a long term I would say comfortably 8
The house sits back from the road and there is a senior center next to it. It is very quite.
