The home is 1100 square feet with a large kitchen and adjoining pantry. The kitchen is fully stocked with the tools and appliances you'll need to feel at home. Both bedrooms have full beds with extra linens and decent closet...
Established neighborhood. Quiet street with light traffic, near the Menaul and Eubank intersection. Good neighbors, mature trees. Two major parks within walking distance: Conchas Park and Hoffman Park. Both great for leashed dog walking. Grocery shopping down the street at Albertson's, a CVS and Walgreens, too. Uptown and Coronado malls, and Walmart are nearby as well.
Great Stay
The location is great, every need is within minutes. The house is quite comfortable with everything necessary. Great neighbors too. Our dog loved the yard. Marianne was quite attentive to our requests and bent over backwards to make it enjoyable. She allowed us to lessen our rent by doing "chores" around the house (feeding the birds, and monitoring the sprinklers/ watering the yard). We'd definitely stay there again
