Riverfront Rental for snowbirds and traveling healthcare

Riverfront Drive Rental

Overall we enjoyed our 1 mth stay from mid January 2026 to mid February 2026. There were a couple of minor issues: it was not as thoroughly clean as it could be, non working light in laundry room, patio blinds & large window blinds were broken and did not work properly. The 2 bathrooms are very small, master bath toilet water ran constantly and the sink drained very slow. Both toilets seats were extremely loose so we had to tighten them. The living room furniture was dated and uncomfortable. It served our needs for the length of time we were there but does need improvements. Basically the rental cost is for the beautiful view of the Colorado river.
