Best compliments owner receives regard prime location on canal. Great views. Nicely renovated home with clean, tranquil, modern vibe. Home was renovated and decorated in 2021. Owner works in design for a living and has lived in NYC and Miami Brickell before moving to Cape Coral to work remotely, so the home has a bit of a "city" feel. Not your standard florida style home.

Newly renovated ranch style home on canal. Renter has access to fully furnished private bed and bath. Full kitchen with access to all pots, pans, dishes , microwave, Keurig coffee maker and air fryer. Laundry room off of kitchen. Fully furnished lanai with great views of canal. Great place to have coffee/cocktail and chill out with laptop or phone.
Neighborhood overview
Very convenient location. Close to shops, banks, groceries, gas, gym and restaurants. Easy access to Fort Myers via Veterans Bridge. Also not far from Pine Island Road now a major commercial strip. While having all the conveniences of main street, this location is surprisingly peaceful with its calming views of a salt water canal.

Extremely clean and quiet
I will stay here again! Home is very clean and a nice quiet place to stay, especially after a long shift. A quick easy drive to the hospital and anywhere else I needed to go. Can walk to Publix and Walmart! Host was responsive and nice!
