Nice Space, Poor Lease Extension Experience

I stayed here for one month. The room and common areas were well maintained, the vacuum was useful, and the neighbourhood was quiet. The main issue was how the lease extension was managed. Less than a week into my stay, I was told the room had already been booked for the day my lease ended, despite clearly stating that I intended to extend and was waiting for my employers official letter. This left me with no option but to find new housing on short notice. The process felt transactional, with securing the next tenant prioritized over allowing reasonable time to receive confirmation. The space is nice, but the handling of communication made the experience inconvenient.
