Comfortable, good location, great staff

I stayed in his unit for a few months as a student on clinical, it was great! William and his team are efficient and communicate well. I had limited issues, but all resolved quickly. Be mindful there is not a dining table due to spacing, but I was still able to manage well for my time spent in the apartment. I would recommend this apartment/ landlord for anyone in the future!

I enjoyed my stay. The building and apartment were well kept. William is a good host. Penn State Lancaster Hospital is a 12 min drive and LGH 2 blocks away. Stores within minutes.

Hospitable, Clean and Beautiful Stay

Working with William was pleasant, stress-free, and enjoyable. William and his staff are professional, kind and courteous and he was willing to accommodate me with any request I made. He even provided me with propane for the grill and a place to relax in the fenced in backyard. The unit was clean and luxurious and fully stocked with everything I needed to relax and rest. I have travelled extensively across the USA and this type of service and hospitality is hard to find. I highly recommend working with William if you are looking for a place to call home for any amount of time.

Perfect one-bedroom apartment

I really enjoyed my stay here, it was super clean and the property well kept. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful , but still super close to a bunch of stores, restaurants, and local spots!
