Great place!

We have been living for the past two months at Esther place, with my wife and two daughters. It has been a wonderful experience. The property features two spacious bedrooms and one bathroom, all of which are in great condition since it has just been remodeled. One of the highlights of the apartment is the large living and dining area, which provides ample space for relaxation and entertaining. The neighborhood is calm and pleasant, offering a peaceful environment while being conveniently close to Fort Collins Old Town. Esther, the owner, has been incredibly accommodating. She is extremely quick to address any issues that may arise, ensuring that tenants feel comfortable and cared for throughout their stay. Additionally, having our own washer and dryer in the unit (quite new as well) has made daily life much more convenient. Overall, I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed living space in a lovely neighborhood.
