Great place for a solo professional!
I used this place as a base of residence while my father was a patient at Vibra Hospital in Redding. The property is close to the 5 freeway but is still very quiet at night. Small space but totally livable. Super friendly host who knows Redding very well. Perfect for the single professional could work for a couple but would be tight. The landlord is super helpful and promptly responds to texts. Would totally stay there again if ever in Redding again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great Place to Stay
Even though the square footage is relatively small, it has almost everything on paper that someone would need for a short stay. The family is very friendly, reasonable and understanding of your space, yet they are also responsive if you need anything. One thing I hope they add is a washer and dryer, but thats about it.
