Comfortable, Accessible and Clean
Betzi was amazing at communicating and making sure all my needs were met. Her house is super cute with ample space with thoughtful decor touches. Its very easy to walk around downtown or hop into the highway or walk to the park where there are events and farmers markets. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Pretty in Pink
Stayed in the pink house for a month and loved every minute of it!! The yard was well manicured, ( even had mule deer visit), the beds were super comfortable with sheets that were high in thread count! Everything I needed was in the house and some of the best restaurants in COS were within walking distance! I will definitely rent there again !!!

Perfect in every way!
My three children (ages 6, 9, and 12) loved our stay in Betzi's Little Pink house in June of 2025. The house itself is charming and comfortable with an outdoor area, a large dining room table in the kitchen area, and a great sectional sofa with a throw pillow for the evenings. The mattresses were perfectly firm, the linens fresh and soft. The kitchen had every tool and appliance we needed. The location is ideal--walking distance from everything in OCC, including Bancroft park with concerts and the farmer's market and of course the most wonderful and charming library. You are minutes in a car (or on bike) from the mountains. Truly a gem!

Pink House
We relocated to Co Springs and needed a place to stay til we found a permanent house. Betzi was very responsive and the pink house served all our needs and then some. I highly recommend staying here!

Amazing host
Betzi and her husband were incredibly accommodating and communicative and the home was amazing! The location is the best in Colorado Springs. As someone who has stayed at many locations in the Springs this area takes the cake. The space was private and roomy. The neighborhood was safe and peaceful. We would happily stay again at some point in the future. Thank you for hosting us!
