South Minneapolis gem

We enjoyed our month-long stay in this fun, walkable neighborhood. Just a few blocks from Lake Street (with tons of delicious restaurants), Powderhorn Park (great for morning walks), and public transit to downtown, this location is hard to beat. The house has beautiful woodwork and lots of character, and it was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our fur babies enjoyed the spacious fenced in backyard for fresh air and exercise. Eddie, the landlord, always responded to our questions or needs, and was proactive about addressing any potential issues. The unit was nice & clean when we arrived.

Great location and unit, responsive landlord

This unit was a great landing spot for our family moving from out of state. We stayed here while searching for a home to buy, which took us longer than expected, but the landlords provided the flexibility we needed. They were very responsive and professional and were happy to help remove furnishings that we were not going to use. They even sourced a bunk bed for our young kids. In addition, the location was top-notch. You are a short walk away from Powderhorn Park and all its amenities, plus you have proximity to two frequent bus lines, including the relatively new rapid B line bus. The house felt a bit small for our family of four, but that was a tradeoff we happily chose in order to get such a great location. Highly recommend.
