Clean and Cozy

I had a great experience staying here! The owner communicates well and is really organized! The house is clean and comfortable, and backs up to a wooded lot, which makes it easy to soak up some nature. Very cozy!

Excellent landlord and place

Mary is an excellent landlord. She is very well-organized and sets aside space in the refrigerator and in the driveway at the start of the lease. She is very respectful toward the tenant. The house is on wooded lot that backs to the woods so you have lots of privacy and no back neighbors. There is almost always shade where you park in the driveway. You get to use the washer and dryer as well as the kitchen with appliances, cookware, and plates. The door for the bedroom and the front door both use the keying of numbers so that you don't need to have a physical key. The street is very quiet because the street has a cul-de-sac on two ends and so no traffic passes through except traffic from residents. The landlord has Ring cameras for security. I highly recommend considering this place!

I am a first time renter with furnish finder! I had an amazing first experience. The property manager is really nice and accommodated me extremely well. The house is a really nice and a very clean and quiet place. I absolutely would come back to this place if I am ever to travel in the area. I just hope my next renters experience is just as pleasant as this one.
