Beautiful, clean home
I stayed here for a month with my husband during a medical school rotation at UM. This property is beautiful and very well maintained. The home was very nicely cleaned when we arrived, kitchen was fully stocked with any pots and pans etc. you could need to cook, and clean sheets and towels were provided. Was a very easy 15 minute commute to the hospital and made for an stress-free month. Bennett was readily available and very responsive if any issues arose. Recommend this stay to anyone!

Perfect Respite
Wonderful place to rent! We arrived in Ann Arbor road-weary from the drive from Reno with two cats--it was so relaxing and helpful to step into a place that had everything needed, all set up for a bit of a respite until our new home was available. The decor is tasteful and calming, and the spacious unit is so functional and well-thought out. Bennett and Grace also went above and beyond to help us as we transitioned to our new state and ensured we had everything we needed. Can't recommend enough!

Cozy home away from home!
I stayed here for an extended visit and couldnt have asked for a better experience. The space is beautifully modern, cozy, clean and had everything I needed to feel at home. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and so flexible throughout my staythey truly went above and beyond. The area is also full of fun things to do, making it a perfect spot to settle in. Were truly sad to leave and cant recommend this place highly enough for anyone looking for a home away from home!
