Cozy home away from home

Just Perfect!

I stayed here because of my studies. The area surrounding the unit is quite centralized, it is close to pretty much anything you might need at a moment's notice. The neighborhood is quiet, it feels safe at day and at night, the neighbors are nice. The unit itself is comfortable for one or two people. Nofar and Josh are incredible hosts, I cannot say enough words to describe how kind they are. They both have such good energy, I hope to keep in touch with them and I will consider this place the next time I come for a longer stay. 100% recommend, eyes closed.

Nofar + Josh's home away from home

I stayed at Nofar and Josh's place for about two weeks over the summer. I had the misfortune of an apartment lease that ended before mid-month, leaving a gap between that lease and the next one. Nofar came to the rescue! Nofar was a gracious host who wanted me to feel comfortable during my stay. I'm a clean freak, and their place was not only clean but well-decorated and stocked with the essentials I needed. The dedicated parking was a major plus (especially considering how tricky it can be to find parking in the area). The air conditioning kept the place nice and cool during the hot summer. Laundry is not in the unit, but just outside the back door, making it very convenient. My dog and I loved sitting out on the spacious and sunny patio. I would definitely recommend Nofar and Josh's place to anyone looking for a furnished rental!

We had a perfect time at Nofar and Josh's apartment! Just like in the pictures, we found a cozy, clean, and beautiful home in a quiet location. We enjoyed Nofar's recommendations and explored many wonderful restaurants and cafes nearby. The place had everything we could ask for. We had a great time cooking, relaxing, and resting. Thank you so much for making our time in Chicago so lovely!
