Great Place!

Travel RN couple that stayed here in upstairs unit for our 3 month contract at one of local hospitals. Very close to Nebraska Med and a short drive to Bergan Mercy. The place was clean and exactly as pictured. We felt comfortable and safe during our stay and often took walks around the neighborhood. The interior decoration is super homey and has everything you could need. Kathy was very responsive to our needs and keeps the property well-maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful fully furnished 2 bed room house.

My husband and I stayed at Kathy's place for about 4 month while we waited for the UNMC Kidney transplant for my husband. Most importantly the place was only 5min from UNMC kidney transplant center so that we could respond quickly once a donor kidney was available. It is also located close to local restaurants and grocery stores, very convenient. Furthermore, it was very cozy and it had all the amenities we need for everyday living. The owner, Kathy, was super host and she was very attentive to our needs while we stayed. This is located in a nice and safe neighborhood, I walked the neighborhood every day without any problems. Towards the end of our stay, my husband received a new kidney and he is doing very well. Overall, we are more than satisfied and we feel very blessed that we were able to find Katy's place. On top of a nice stay, my husband finally received his new kidney which gave him a new life. Bianka Lee San Francisco California
