Lincolnton is an historic town. This Cottage is on private property located a mile from the heart of Lincolnton's downtown Square with its unique shops and eateries. There is walking/running trail (the Marcia H. Cloninger Rail Trail section) located a half mile up the street between the Cottage and the Square.
