The Loft in Southampton, Ma

Every bit as nice as it looks!

We spent a month in the Loft, and have never been this comfortable on a long trip before. We've had many rental experiences that didn't live up to their appearance on the booking sites, but this one is absolutely lovely and comfortable. It's spacious, it's clean, the furniture is all comfortable, the look is appealing. It had everything we needed (and we cooked almost every night). There is even a garage, which was great because it snowed mightily while we were here. The deck is lovely and looks over some woods, too. We truly loved this place, and Kristen is an attentive and pleasant host that we liked very much, as well. Can't recommend it enough.

one month stay

Kristin's place is incredible! I stayed at The Loft for a month, and have endless great things to say! The Loft is spacious, very well decorated with numerous helpful touches to make a long term stay very convenient-- whether it is a kitchen full of supplies, washer/dryer, and even a spot in the garage which was helpful in the snowy winter. It is also an incredibly comfortable space, well furnished, and even has a nice fire place! Kristin was also very kind and communicative. Cannot recommend this place enough, and look forward to staying here again!

Gorgeous apartment in a serene setting

I stayed in the loft during the summer months and it was a wonderful experience. It had everything I could want in an apartment and then some. Kristin had thoughtful touches everywhere, including a sun umbrella and seating area complete with flowers on the deck so I could enjoy the outdoors. She was amazing about checking in and making sure I had everything I needed and was great at giving recommendations for places to eat so I could really explore the area. I loved my stay here!

My fiance and I stayed at Kristins and Mikes loft for 6 months and have nothing but great things to sayhighly recommend! Everything in the apartment works well and anytime we had a little problem Kristin was quick to help fix it. The loft is clean, spacious and fits 2 comfortably. We loved how the bedroom separated by being elevated up a couple of steps with French doors for privacy. It also comes with a parking spot in the garage which was very helpful during winter months!
