Amazing New Port Ritchey Rental - 1 bed, 1 bath

We cannot say enough about this property, the owners and the location. My son spent 2 1/2 months in this extraordinarily clean, well maintained property. The onsite washer and dryer was a huge selling point. We had one plumbing issue and the owners responded immediately and someone was there very early the next morning and had it fixed. My son daily walked to the very quaint downtown area that had bars, restaurants and ice cream(about a 20 minute walk). Lots of walking paths and a gorgeous lake. The furnishings were all in great shape, and there were many little extras, toothpaste, toothbrushes that were a nice touch if something was forgotten. Highly recommend this location for
