Beautiful Auburn Apartment 2

Horrible experience!

Upon leaving the apartment, I expected to get my full security deposit back (minus the cleaning fee). However, this landlord never returned my security deposit when I left. I had to reach out to him numerous times to get it back. However, they deducted $450 for things that I didn't do! An example of this was saying that I ripped their bedding set. I knew right away this was a lie because I brought MY OWN bedding set. They also charged me for various other things that made no sense. However, since he returned my deposit so late, Maine's law states that I must get a full refund (even the cleaning fee). I emailed him the law, and upon review said that he would post the remaining amount in the mail. To my surprise, I was only sent $250 and still owed $200. I sent him an email; however, there was no response. I moved out on May 8th, and it is August 10th as I am writing this. I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Great Stay

This was a great stay, a very charming two bedroom apartment with lots of closet space and a washer and dryer. Can't beat it. Landlord very kind and responds in a timely manner. Great for longer-term stays.

Homey rental apt

Nice roomy 2 bedroom apt. and office room with desk was a plus. closets and plenty of dresser room. living room with nice comfortable furnishings and nice TV. Roomy kitchen, nice size table all appliances and utensils needed, and good regular size washer and dryer. nice parking area. Very convenient to hospitals in Lewiston if working there like a mile away. Landlord very prompt to respond if anything needed. would definitely stay here again if in the area.
