A Montclair Treasure

We had the pleasure of staying at Jackie’s cottage for two months, and it was a truly special experience. Jackie is a wonderful host—warm, responsive, and thoughtful. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The house is beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable long-term stay. The setting is magical. The front yard and woods behind the house feel like a private retreat, and just steps away is a stunning redwood forest filled with birdsong. The decks and patios are perfect for relaxing, and the bedroom’s large picture window offers peaceful forest views. The location is ideal—about a 10-minute walk to Montclair Village and close to lovely trails. We’re so grateful for our time here and highly recommend this serene, nature-filled home.
