If youre looking for a place to stay in the Santa Monica/Sawtelle area, this is one of the best options youll find. The house is spacious, the community is welcoming, and everything you need is nearby. Hospitals, restaurants, gyms, and more are all within walking distance. This was my first time in a shared living setup, and while I was hesitant at first, by the end of my stay I didnt want to leave. You get the best of both worlds: a private, comfortable room when you want space, and friendly people to connect with when youre up for conversation. The community here quickly became my favorite part of the experience. Jason and Terrisa make everything smooth and easy, and they truly care about the people who stay here. I feel lucky this was my first co-living experience, and I can honestly say you wont regret choosing it.

After a renting history of 8+ different locations as a travel nurse, this is by FAR my favorite space! This is a ADHD dream with separate locations to do many different things! Need to study or work from home? In the upper floor they have desks and monitors designated for each room to use. Need a private study room? They have a spaces for that around the house. Want to just relax and lounge? There's a sitting area on the upper floow and also an amazing patio that you can walk out into on the main floor with dreamy lights! The kitchen has plenty of space for each resident and full gas range stove, oven and microwave. Jason and Terrisa has created such a warm and inviting space to let anyone's stay feel at home apart from just being amazing people. If you have a car and you can opt into paying for a space like I did! I can't rave enough about the house but the location is ideal and an easy drive to four major hospitals in the West LA area. You won't regret living here!

The Best and Perfect Place to Stay in LA

This is the best place I've ever lived. If you have the chance to stay here, consider yourself very luckycongratulations! First of all, Jason and Terrisa are amazing hosts. Thanks to them, I felt warmth during my time in LA. They are incredibly kind, lovely, and fun to be around. Plus, they have two adorable dogs that make the home feel even more welcoming. They provide everything a tenant needs, with regular cleaning to keep the home clean and well-maintained. Everything listed in the description is accurate, and the space is large and thoughtfully designed with a great workspace, making it comfortable for both relaxation and productivity. The location is excellent, with easy access to various conveniences. If you dont have a car, the bus stop is just a short walk away, making transportation very convenient. This home is truly a combination of a great living space and wonderful hosts. I hope the next person who moves in will also be kind and considerate!:)

The Best House in LA

Staying in this house was absolutely perfect in every way! Terrisa and Jason are the most wonderful hosts I have ever metso kind and generous. I feel incredibly lucky to have lived with them. The house is impeccably clean. (Mara comes to clean every week or two, and she is lovely!) It is fully equipped with everything you needfurniture, cleaning supplies, and kitchen essentials like utensils, plates, and tableware. I never felt anything was missing. The mattress is very comfortable, and the bathroom is spotless with a dry area. This house is perfect for remote workers, digital nomads, and students. There are plenty of work spaces, and each room on the second floor has a desk and computer. Theres even a meeting room, making it ideal for studying or working. I also met amazing housemates and had an unforgettable time. I didnt want to leaveit was a shame to stay only two months. This is truly the best place to stay in LA. Dont miss out on this incredible opportunity!
