Hello, I stayed here for 4 months. Nathan was very prompt and accommodating making things very easy for me. The condo has a steam shower which he upgraded with a new glass door while I stayed there. Its a very comfortable place located within walking distance to just about any of the bars/restaurants/theaters located downtown but still close to highways which makes getting out of the city quick and easy. The place has a city loft vibe with all the historical brick and timber. It's close to Ball Arena which is great but the streets can get a little lively for a half hour or so when ballgames and concerts let out. The building itself (neighboring condo units) stays nice and quiet. It has all amenities you need and the heated garage is a plus in the winter however the parking spot is a little tight. Overall I didn't have any complaints at all. I moved to Denver from Florida so it was nice to have an affordable, furnished place near work while looking for something to buy. Thanks Nathan!
