GREAT! Recommend!

I stayed here for the summer and this was a great home! Tracey is responsive but not intrusive. The space is VERY private and it was nice to have a private kitchen/den/entrance. Tracey keeps everything clean and in perfect condition. The air conditioner works great! The bedding is comfy and the space thoughtfully designed. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. It was an easy 20-min commute to QTS Data center & Fayetteville. It's very close to Publix, Aldi's, and other shopping. Would definitely stay again if I have to work in the area again.

I stayed at this property for two months while traveling for work & I was thoroughly impressed. As a first time renter using this website I was somewhat skeptical but Tracey was nothing but professional & accommodating. When I needed things checked over or adjusted she was always available & addressed any concerns swiftly. Safety was a major priority for me as a young woman traveling to a different state & throughout this process I was comfortable & my privacy was respected during my stay. Book this rental if youre looking for a quiet & comfortable stay just minutes outside of Atlanta.
