The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with helpful neighbors. I live in the unit above but also am quiet and keep guests to a minimum. You will have a separate entrance and we will never see each other unless needed. It DOES NOT HAVE A FULL KITCHEN, only kitchenette. New finishes clean living situation. You will have your own parking area next to the entrance. Plenty of outdoor space as well.
