Clean, safe, and easy!

This place was perfect for our stay in July. super clean, safe neighborhood, and well-maintained complex. Unit is super quiet. The only noise I heard was miscellaneous waste trucks coming daily for the condo and the surrounding areas, only because my windows were often open. Had they been closed, I wouldnt have heard them. The AC window unit in the bedroom makes the room cool and comfortable. (plus it blocks out any other sounds you might here from the world). The bus stops were easy to get to, groceries are a short walk away, and there is space to store bikes downstairs. Shops and restaurants are about a 10-20 minute bus ride away and Keeper coffee and Coffee Beer are less than a 10 min walk away. Joan was extremely easy to communicate with and shared updates via email (e.g. window cleanings, a brief water shutoff for plumbing repair), and my deposit was returned within a week of moving out. Thank you Joan for the lovely space! I would definitely stay here again!
