Perfect situation!
This apartment is neat, clean and conveniently located. Marlisa is so respectful of my privacy. She lives in another state and only comes to the apartment 1-2 nights per week and some months it was only once or twice a month! It's like having your own apartment but paying half!

Great Place
My partner and I stayed for 5 months and it was a great experience. Quiet Condo complex and the apartment is clean and very nice. Huge bedroom and great bathroom. Marlisa is a very nice women who keeps to herself and you barely notice being there. Well worth the cheaper rent price for the nice place to stay!
