North Park gem with the best hosts!

We stayed here for three months and honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location in North Park is amazing and made the whole experience even better. The space felt like home almost immediately. Great natural lighting throughout and just so cozy! The backyard was absolutely gorgeous and became our favorite spot to unwind after long days. Having room in the front yard to grill was also a huge plus. Between the outdoor spaces and the cozy interior, the place had this really easy, relaxing vibe from start to finish. Kelly and Claire were fantastic hosts. Super responsive any time we needed anything and genuinely friendly from before we arrived to after we left. Would rent from them again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend this cozy home, especially for anyone looking for a longer term stay in San Diego. Cat friendly and human friendly in equal measure!

Kelly and Claire are absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, they were kind, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful, and they made my transition to San Diego feel incredibly smooth. I felt taken care of right away. The property itself is a true gem. Its a two-bedroom, one-bath with both an enclosed front and backyard, which is incredibly rare in North Park. I truly felt like I hit the jackpot. The space was exactly what I needed and clearly well cared for. The furnishings are updated, beautiful, and styled exactly how I would have decorated myself. Even though its a duplex with a shared wall, its so quiet I often forgot anyone else lived there. The location couldnt be better. Youre walking distance to groceries, coffee shops, a plant shop, the park, great restaurants, close to Hillcrest, and even Balboa Park. Communication with Kelly and Claire was top-tier. I was genuinely sad to leave. This is hands down the best place Ive lived, and I can't recommend it enough.
