Dream apartment

It was a great apartment to stay. The landlord is amazing

Downtown Orlando Center of it all!

My fianc and I lived in one of Nancy's units while we were in-between houses and it ended up being a surprisingly fantastic location. Right on colonial and i4, everything in Orlando is 20 minutes away, whether its Sanford or Disney. The apartment had everything we needed and even having laundry in unit at that size was a huge plus. The building has some good amenities and walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and business.

Amazing unit

This unit is in a great location, well furnished for anyone that works a lot and wants to relax on their off day. Nancy was always attentive and responded quickly to any issues that came up, would highly recommend.

Great experience

I had a great experience staying in this apartment .The place was comfortable, and well-maintained. Communication with the landlord was excellent, always quick to respond and very helpful. Any issues that came up were addressed promptly and professionally. I truly appreciated the landlord's willingness to ensure everything ran smoothly. I would definitely recommend.

Great location and great landlord!

I am staying in one of their unfurnished units and Nancy has been absolutely wonderful. She's been very accommodating and communicative. She responds rapidly to any concerns and tends quickly to any issue. She's made me so comfortable and is lovely to work with. I love this location as well, so close to everything and wonderful amenities. The transition here has been so easy, thank you!

Best Condo and Landlord

We have lived in two condos in the same building with the same landlord and never had any issues. If something was broke, she was always willing to get it fixed right away. You don't want to miss out on this unit. This unit is our favorite unit. If we didn't have to move out of state due to family we would be staying in this beautiful unit.

To call this rental furnished is such a stretch. I wish I had the characters to explain everything this place was missing, and that doesn't even account for the items that were broken or not working upon move in. And the things the it does have are cheap low level garbage, think knives that smash things before cut into them, plastic takeout bowls, tables that wobble so badly you can't put a glass of water on them. When the landlord owes you a deliverable she takes multiple days to reply, but if you owe something to her she will bother you constantly until you do what she wants. Utilities will be a nightmare as the windows are so poorly sealed there is actual wind that comes in through them. Not to mention there are so many things in this description that are simply untrue. Square footage as well as the features listed, don't have the characters to go into the inaccuracies. Location is nice but this apartment was "furnished" it seems by things people threw away or left behind.
