Chic & spacious townhouse- modern amenities, steps from hospitals

Lovely stay!

I've had the pleasure of of staying here for the last 4 months as a travel healthcare worker. The weekly cleaning service has been a major plus for the common areas. In a quiet residential area, though is very close to highway/ freeway access, Safeway, and so many of my now favorite coffee shops lol. As a travel OT with a lot of bulky stuff to store (camping gear, snowboard) there was no problem storing items that wouldn't fit in the bedroom in the garage. David is very responsive and caring for both the home and his tenants which you don't get very often, though there weren't many problems needing fixing in the first place! Thank you for your kindness and sharing your home with me, David!!

Lovely quiet home

I had a great time staying in this tastefully decorated, comfortable home. The neighborhood is quiet and there's plenty of street parking on weekdays. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, cups, bowls, etc. There are two living room areas with comfortable couches. At night the fake candles automatically turn on and bathe the homes in a warm glow. Once a week a maid come in clean the entire place. David was quick to answer any questions I had. He jumped to fix problems on the rare occasion something occurred. It's clear that being a great host is important to him and he took my feedback very seriously. I was very lucky to have him as a landlord. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet, peaceful, clean place to stay.

THIS IS THE SPOT!!!

Just wanted to give a shoutout to this landlord — I’m planning to stay with David in the coming months, and the experience so far has been wonderful. Coordinating housing logistics alongside complicated job start/end dates was honestly a major headache, but David was incredibly understanding, flexible, and supportive throughout the entire process. Everything worked out in the end, and he has been consistently communicative, responsive, and helpful from the very beginning. Really appreciative of how smooth he helped make this experience! Truly a kind person who is willing to go the extra mile for his tenants.

Amazing home and even better landlord

I had a wonderful experience renting here. The home is very modern, newly remodeled, and always clean, with stylish interior decor. It’s located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood with easy parking, which was a huge plus. David is incredibly helpful, easy to reach, and always responds promptly. Truly a great landlord-you can tell he genuinely cares. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.
