Neighborhood overview
Quiet neighborhood in the New North End of Burlington. The Burlington bike path, which runs alongside Lake Champlain, is 1 mile away by bike and my road has a bike lane for connecting. The New North End offers grocery shopping, restaurants, a post office, hardware stores, parks, etc. My unit is 5 to 7 minutes to Downtown by car and only about 10 minutes to the UVM Medical Center.

A real gem
Im the type that likes to appreciate the goodness in life (even when there's bad). But, trust me when I say I have 0 complaints about my experience staying at Shawn's place. It's a little bit out of the city (which I prefer), so the neighborhood was pretty quiet. Felt like a second home, had everything I needed, Shawn is very sweet and super responsive. Couldn't have asked for a better time, 10/10 would recommend!

Home from home
This place was awesome. Quiet neighborhood but close enough to restaurants and parks. Even skiing just hour away. Shawn is a great landlord very responsive and nice person . I highly recommend. Beds and living room comfortable
