Our Happy Place

5 stars just aren't enough. We feel blessed to have met Butch & JIll. They have been nothing but warm, kind and friendly to us. We consider them friends. The house is absolutely perfect for us. It is always clean and very well kept. It's in a great location/neighborhood of North Phoenix. My husband is a Jeep, motorcycle, trap and skeet shooting kind of guy and this place and location fits that bill perfectly. If there are any questions or concerns, they live minutes away and respond promptly. We stayed Jan 2026-March 31,2026 after being their for just a couple of weeks, we knew we wanted to be there again. So, we booked 4 months this next season. It is my "Happy Place". We love being there!

Great house! Great neighborhood! Wonderful home owners to work with.

My son and I stayed here over the holidays. The house is well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and was quite charming over Christmas. I felt completely safe taking walks after dark to see the Christmas lights. The backyard is large and inviting to grill and relax with a glass of wine in There is shopping and restaurants nearby making a quick grocery run very convenient. Jill and Butch were wonderful to work with and always very responsive with any questions I had. I highly recommend staying here.
