Peaceful Newly Renovated Guesthouse 700 sqft 1 BD & Den

Perfect place for a long term stay!

We had a wonderful experience renting from Janet and David! We stayed for a full year, and they were incredibly kind, welcoming, quick to respond, and easy to work with - making the entire rental experience easy and stress-free! The unit was spacious and comfortable for the two of us, very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a long-term stay. The modern appliances worked well and made day-to-day living convenient. The location was another major plus. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly, with Trader Joe's, Ralphs, Whole Foods, a gas station, and other essentials nearby. Downtown Pasadena is also just a short distance away. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would absolutely recommend Janet and David to future renters! They are wonderful hosts who go the extra mile to ensure their guests are comfortable. The unit was perfect for our needs, and the location is hard to beat for convenience and access to everything Pasadena has to offer.
