First and foremost, I am a medical professional and decorated Veteran. I am writing out the grave concern I have for the safety for anyone that rents this property. When I sent my request to the Landlord at this property I specifically stated, I am a Veteran Marine Corpsman with PTSD so I can not have barking dogs on the premises. The landlord assurred me that would not be the case. When I arrived there were 3 large rescue dogs that bark incessantly. So far I have been bitten twice attacked once viciously by all three tearing the flesh off my leg to point that I needed stitches. I also am on blood thinners so I bled for many hours after the attack. Additionally, after I was attacked the neighbors informed me that there have been other incidents of her dogs biting other people in the neighborhood that were reported to the county. The landlord was being extremely deceitful and put me in a extremely dangerous situation. If it were a young female that was attacked the outcome would have been much more severe since these are very big dogs. I have waited until the end of my assignment to report these viscious incidents as to ensure my patient schedule was not disrupted. In conclusion, I state again, do not rent this property unless you are 100% the dogs have been removed from the property. I can provide timestamped pictures of the incidences upon request.

Hands down the best place I stayed during my contract in Orange County. I was lucky to be the first tenant at this property and really called this place home. From the moment I checked out the property, I knew I would love living here and it really lived up to my expectations. Centrally located within walking distance to gyms, restaurants and the main place mall. Very quiet neighborhood with park Santiago and Hart park within walking distance. Everything in this property is brand new . Elizabeth is the best host. She made sure I was comfortable . She really cares about her tenants and wants you to feel at home. Elizabeth fosters dogs, but that was never an issue while I lived there, she always communicates when the dogs are coming out to the back and always communicates when they are back inside. She is very communicative and pays attention to the needs of her tenants. I highly recommend this place. You won't regret it.
